Ingredients
1 container of Silken Soykei tofu of 500 g
300 ml (1/2 a can) of sweetened condensed milk
500 ml (2 cups) of 35% whipping cream
5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
375 ml (1 ½ cups) crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreo type)
Preparation
- Using an electric mixer, whisk the tofu with the condensed milk in a bowl.
- In another bowl, using the cleaned electric mixer, whip the cream with the vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually incorporate the tofu preparation into the whipped cream, gently folding the preparation using a spatula, until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
- Gently incorporate the crushed coockies by folding the mixture.
- Place in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
- Remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving.
