Ingredients

1 container of Silken Soykei tofu of 500 g
300 ml (1/2 a can) of sweetened condensed milk
500 ml (2 cups) of 35% whipping cream

5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
375 ml (1 ½ cups) crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreo type)

Preparation

  1. Using an electric mixer, whisk the tofu with the condensed milk in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, using the cleaned electric mixer, whip the cream with the vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually incorporate the tofu preparation into the whipped cream, gently folding the preparation using a spatula, until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
  4. Gently incorporate the crushed coockies by folding the mixture.
  5. Place in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. Remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving.
