4 ½ cups frozen banana chunks (about 3 bananas)
12 dates
¾ cup frozen cauliflower
1 silken Soykei tofu
3 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp vanilla extract
¾ tsp cinnamon

Topping:
Granola
Banana slices
Chia or hemp seeds
Cinnamon
Nuts

Preparation

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until the texture is one of ice cream.
  3. Pour into a bowl and spread evenly.
  4. Add the toppings of your choice and let your creativity run wild as you decorate your smoothie bowl.
