2 ¼ cups frozen spinach
¾ cup frozen cauliflower
1 silken Soykei tofu
6 tbsp maple syrup
1 ½ fresh avocado
Topping
Granola
Berries
Chia or hemp seeds
Maple syrup

Preparation
- Pour all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until the texture is one of ice cream.
- Pour into a bowl and spread evenly.
