Ingredients
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp black salt (kala namak)
¾ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 block firm Soykei tofu
1 can (398 mL) black beans, drained
Suggested toppings:
Lettuce
Cheese
salsa
Preparation
- Drain and pat dry the tofu block. Crumble it into small pieces by hand. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and sauté the tofu and black beans for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add nutritional yeast, kala namak, turmeric and garlic powder. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Take a tortilla and layer it with the tofu mixture and your preferred toppings.
- Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla.
