Ingredients
1.5 cups milk (replace half a cup of milk with half a cup of cream for a richer taste)
1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 block of silken Soykei tofu
Pasta
Preparation
- Cook your pasta following the directions on the container.
- With a blender or immersion blender, cream your tofu until there are no more lumps.
- Add all the ingredients in a pot. Put on the stove on medium heat, stir constantly until the Alfredo sauce starts bubbling. Take off the heat and taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve your Alfredo sauce on top of your favourite pasta.
- Add breaded tofu from our Tofu Parmigiana recipe if desired.
