Ingredients

1.5 cups milk (replace half a cup of milk with half a cup of cream for a richer taste)
1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan
2 tbsp nutritional yeast

2 tsp of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 block of silken Soykei tofu
Pasta

Preparation

  1. Cook your pasta following the directions on the container.
  2. With a blender or immersion blender, cream your tofu until there are no more lumps.
  3. Add all the ingredients in a pot. Put on the stove on medium heat, stir constantly until the Alfredo sauce starts bubbling. Take off the heat and taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Serve your Alfredo sauce on top of your favourite pasta.
  5. Add breaded tofu from our Tofu Parmigiana recipe if desired.
