Ingredients

2 cups cubed pineapple (frozen or fresh)
2 cups cubed mango (frozen or fresh)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 piece of ginger (about 2 cm)
1/3 cup maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 container of Soykei’s Silken Tofu

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy for breakfast, on the go, or as a snack.
