Ingredients

½ cup coconut milk
½ package of Soykei Silken tofu (250g)
2 mangoes
4 tbsp. of maple syrup
⅓ cup white or black chia seeds

Toppings

Fresh raspberries and mangoes
Shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend coconut milk, smooth tofu, mangoes and maple syrup in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture over the chia seeds in a fairly large bowl. Mix well with a spoon.
  3. Wait 10 minutes and stir the mixture again.
  4. Before serving, garnish with raspberries, fresh mango pieces and grated coconut.
