Ingredients

500 ml (2 cups) milk

1 pack (500 g) of  Soykei Silken tofu

80 ml (1/3 cup) natural peanut butter

1 large ripe banana, frozen

30 ml (2 tablespoons) cocoa powder

30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup

5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract

Preparation

You can keep the smoothie in the fridge for up to 3 days.

You can freeze the smoothie in an ice cube tray. For a smoothie that’s ready in no time, put a few cubes in a resealable glass jar (e.g., Mason jar) and leave in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for around 20 minutes. Stir and enjoy!
